thats funny....a few weeks ago when we were there a street driven 98 bird ran a 9.2 @150 mph not tubbed, just beefed up stock location suspension, and it was still over 3000 lbs

Your Raw 305 power would have beat me on my last track night! I'm awesome. I'm also done screwing around. Nitto's are going on before I hit GBM or TMP on our next track day. No questions asked.

I had over 100 passes on my 96 and 20 of those on drag radials. I didn't make anymore strange noises than normal and no girdle on it either

Was John's a 7.5" housing? If so that's awesome.

His car was auto though too right? Most LS1 cars with A4's can hit 10's before grenading.

Nope...and yes Smile

I think it may have a transbrake now though? That would be hard on rear ends Smile

Borrow Dan's tires for a pass and launch at 5k. You'll only need the tires for one pass - maybe two if it doesn't blow up Wink

I've had over 100 passes on mine with ET Streets. Most at 5000 rpm, some at 6000. That was with the stock 3.42 gears.
Wore out the ET Streets so I'm trying the ET Street Radials now.
Give it a shot with the Nittos, I'd bet it would be an instant 12sec timeslip.
