Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know I've changed the site around a bit and added some better targetting for the google ads that display. So that means for you there should be more relevant and interesting links, and for us at KWM, a greater chance of someone actually clicking those links and earning us a few pennies along the way.

I will state that any money we get from our AdSense is returned to the club. We use it to pay the fees for the site, and subsidize the cost of things like decals or events etc. whenever possible.

Any questions about that stuff, just ask!

Thanks for the Heads Up.

Just clicked on a Google Ad.

It would be nice if you could make it use a new window to open the link ...

... so that I don't get directed away from KWM in the current browser.

if you have updated web browser control will open it in a new tab in the same browser window, uses less resources then a new window all together.

Thanks for the support guys! I've had it running for a while and have it running on other sites of mine as well. So far I've amassed a whopping $42.00 US but hey, that's still for doing zero work really, so not bad.

I let it slack for a while and didn't do the extra setup stuff they needed me to do so that's why there were public service ads for about 9 or 10 months there. Woopsy.

You can't take money until it reaches 100 USD, then Google will cut you a cheque and send it to you.

For sites with huge traffic, there is amazing money in this. For instance, Plentyoffish.com makes upwards of $250,000 per month just from Google Adsense earnings. He's proven it by scanning his cheque and sending it in to the magazines asking about it. That site is still run by a guy and his girlfriend out of his apartment in Vancouver!

Next time your on a high-traffic site, think about how much money they probably make of the Adsense, it blows my mind man....

I wish we had a few hundred thousand users... then I could take it easy...
